I wish I could rate this one higher. There are many long conversations that are unnecessary and make the book drag. Thank you for your feedback. The last 30 or 40 pages were good but after reading the first pages perhaps anything would have been good. Kathy Don’t think so.

Her attempts at “aside” humor failed miserably to me. I can’t quite understand why I am still reading this one but maybe it is in the hopes that it gets better.
I know a little about what will happen, so it gives me a different perspective going back and listening to the others on audiobook. I’m giving a two star rating simply because the book managed to keep my interest long enough to finish it. She is a weekly columnist for The Philadelphia Inquirer and her columns have been collected in two books and optioned for television. Jan 04, Linda Tucker rated it did not like it. There are a few suspects lusa the story revolves most around Mary DiNunzio and her whacky Italian family.

Like Kinsey Milhone and Stephanie Plum, the mystery is often obscured by the personalities of the on-going characters which is meant to make the next in the series a must read. Not much depth to the characters but the narrator made is a bit more interesting although I did get tired of her dad screaming. And the person she considers the REAL suspect. The box of insanity this client has produced starts with influential parents that do not want scottolinee reopened, a legal system that wishes to not be shamed into a wrong conviction, and Mary’s partner who does not believe Allegra is credible.
Lisa has over 30 million copies of her books in print and is published in over 35 countries.
I have been reading this lis since Judy’s story and then went back to book 1 and binge read them. I liked Allegra and wanted more of her in it.

After subduing him, he confesses to the police that he and a younger Gardner brother had been embezzling from the family business. They are all great. We got bees, we got lisx families, we got ziti.
One doesn’t get to be partner in a law firm by acting so flighty all the time. It begins with an astonishing request from a thirteen-year-old prospective client. For me, she becomes too attached to the children involved in these cases, and that attachment is almost instant and it seems to cross professional boundaries. Sorry, but this is a stinker!!
