Molecular characterization of Azotobacter spp. The Azotobacter species was isolated from marine source in two different seasons.

con azotobacter spp: Topics by

They were cultivated under laboratory conditions using Nitrogen free Azotobacter specific medium. We observed that they were present in both seasons. The phylogenetic tree revealed that our isolated Azotobacter spp. Available online at http: Study of Beneficial Levels and Effect of Azotobacter spp. Directory of Open Access Journals Sweden. Full Text Available In order to evaluate the effects of beneficial free living bacteria Azotobacter chroococcum and Azospirillum brasilense compared to different nitrogen fertilizer levels on yield and yield components of barley Hordeum vulgare cv Reyhan a field experiment was conducted at Research Station College of Agriculture, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad in The experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with three replications.

The plant characteristics were studied in terms of leaf area index, crop growth rate, total dry weight, shoot and root dry matter per plant and seed yield.

The results showed that the effect of different nitrogen fertilizer levels imposed a significant effect on all plant characteristics. The difference between biological fertilizers, 60 and 80kg nitrogen fertilizer levels in shoot dry weight were not significant.

There was no significant difference between biological fertilizer, 80 and kg nitrogen fertilizer levels in terms of seed yield.

There was no significant difference among biological fertilizer, 40, 60 and 80kg nitrogen fertilizer levels in leaf area index at three finally samples. It seems that, in this experiment biological fertilizer could be provide plant nitrogen requirements the same as kg nitrogen per hectare.

Os resultados obtidos pelo teste Duncan pIn this study, we analyzed the influence of pesticides in vitro pellet simultaneously with the fungicide active ingredient: Respuesta del garbanzo Cicer arietinum L.

Optimising carbon and nitrogen sources for Azotobacter The present work deals with selecting and optimization of carbon and nitrogen sources for producing biomass from Azotobacter chroococcum. Four carbon sources glucose, sucrose, manitol and sodium benzoate and four nitrogen sources yeast extract, meat extract, NH4Cl and NH4 2SO4 were evaluated during the first Cultivation of the bacterium Azotobacter chroococcum for On the basis of the obtained results, repeated batch technique appeared to be the most suitable for the bacterial biomass production at industrial scale.

Biological fixation of nitrogen and growth of bacteria of the genus Azotobacter in liquid. Distribution of azotobacter in rhizosphere of maize. Azotobacter distribution and species composition were studied under maize rhizosphere at four growth stages and in the uncropped soil control.

The study was conducted in the glazed pots with 10 kg soil in each pot. Six plants of maize variety Akbar were grown in 32 pots. Four pots were used as control check. Sampling was done at four growth stages of 20, 40, 60 and 80 days after the germination of the crop. A chroococcum was found to be the dominant species in the main rhizosphere.

Sensibilidad a fluconazol y voriconazol de aislamientos de Candida spp. Effect of Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi Glomus spp.

It has been found that some plants associated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi AMF improve growth and tolerance to HM in soils. This symbiosis is a biological resource for degraded soil recovery. The objective of this study was to determine the effect of inoculating AMF Glomus spp. To this effect, alfalfa seeds were grown in soils from the Catemu and Casablanca valleys and inoculated with AMF. Plant height, stem diameter, and number of leaves were measured weekly. Dry matter, mycorrhizal colonization, and Cu concentration in alfalfa plant tissues were measured after 81 days.

A direct relationship was observed between Cu accumulation in alfalfa and Cu concentration in soils. It was concluded that alfalfa inoculated with Glomus spp. Los suelos cercanos a centros de actividad minera suelen presentar altos niveles de metales pesados HM. Human aims to increase agricultural productions via increasing of the yield per area and application different agronomic practices like fertilizers. As a result of these activities, some issues like environmental pollution and particularly pollution of water and soil resources with some pollutants which can enter in the human food chain and threaten their health became a global concern.

Sustainable agriculture is a system that is able to improve the environmental situation with optimum use of available resources and has a great role in supplying human food demands and promoting life quality of human societies. One of the most important principles of sustainable agriculture is the application of bio- fertilizers in agroecosystems to decrease the amount of chemical compounds.

Mycorrhizal symbiosis is one of the ecological practices represents the ancient history of the symbiotic relation of the Mycorrhiza fungus with plants in most of the ecosystems. Most of the plants about 95 percent of vascular plant species at least can have a symbiotic relation with one of the mycorrhizal species. Reviewing the influence of glumous spp. Also Azotobacter as a bacterial biofertilizer leads to more absorption and increasing the concentration of some necessary elements such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, mg, Fe, and the protein content of crops.

Material and Methods The experiment was conducted in agronomical year with a factorial arrangement based on randomized complete block design with four replications. In this experiment the effects of two biological fertilizers 1.

Full Text Available Objectives: Pulmonary infections by Gram-negative bacteria, as Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Burkholderia cepacia, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, are the major cause of morbidity in Cystic Fibrosis patients. In the past decade, several pathogens as Alcaligenes spp and no tuberculosis mycobacteria have been recovered in these patients.

Bacteria of genus Chryseobacterium are widespread Gram-negative microrganisms and involved in human infections. Aims of this study were to value the isolation frequency of Chryseobacterium strains in a cohort of Cystic Fibrosis patients, to investigate their antimicrobial sensibility and to establish possible clonal likeness between strains.

Sputum samples were checked: The activity of antimicrobial agents was determined using diffusion and microdiluthion methods. A total of 26 strains from 17 patients were isolated 7 C. Strains were resistant to cephalosporins and carbapenems; some were sensitive to ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin and trimethoprim-sulphamethoxazole.

Macrorestriction analysis showed substantial heterogeneity among strains. Actually, the prognostic role of Chryseobacterium in Cystic Fibrosis is unclear and although the small number of isolations, it is need to be on the look out regard such microorganisms. The considerable resistance implies difficulties on therapeutic approach.

Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate) synthesis genes in Azotobacter sp. strain FA8.

Results of DNA-fingerprinting indicate no evidence of clonal likeness and then of patient-to-patient spread. Caviidae con marcadores moleculares RAPD. Full Text Available En el presente estudio, mostramos los primeros resultados moleculares de formas colombianas de Cavia. Population genetics of Colombian Guinea Pigs, Cavia spp. Caviidae with RAPD molecular markers. The genus Cavia occurs in South America, mainly in grasslands.

We collected blood samples from 97 individuals in six field populations and analyzed them with RAPD molecular markers. One wild type C. Genetic diversity was considerable in both species, but higher in C. The levels of genetic heterogeneity were also higher among the populations of C. These significant levels of genetic heterogeneity, and the low levels of gene flow, were consistent with a complex domestication process for Cavia porcellus.

Epub September Comparative study of impact of Azotobacter and Trichoderma with other fertilizers on maize growth.

Full Text Available Biofertilizers may be a better eco-friendly option to maintain soil fertility. The study was conducted to investigate the effect of Azotobacter and Trichoderma on the vegetative growth of maize Zea mays L.

Azotobacter showed a positive increase in plant height, stem girth, dry shoot weight, root length and width, and root aislamuento while Trichoderma displayed either negative or minimal impact. Trichoderma seriously inhibited the azotbacter of Azotobacter when used together. Trichoderma even suppressed the outcome except shoot weight of FYM when used together.

Root length was the longest in Azotobacter inoculation. Unlike leaf width, Azotobacter showed a negligible increase in leaves length while Trichoderma wherever present showed the negative impact. Minimum chlorophyll content was found in Azotobacter or Trichoderma after 73 days. Azotobacter treatment showed early tasseling than Trichoderma. The association of Azotobacter and Trichoderma increased the biomass.

Azotobacter has significant effects on growth parameters of maize and can supplement chemical fertilizer, while Trichoderma was found to inhibit most of the growth parameters.
