We are getting close to the Christmas holiday so I was feeling somewhat compelled to be charitable and back off of the Cluetrain Gang until after the holiday. The Prostate Net, a not-for-profit educational organization, contacted 50, barbers to talk to their clients about prostate cancer detection and prevention. This book is very easy to read, and it lays out very clearly the whole idea of good word of mouth, from why it is important to how to make it work and to measure it.
