The book says those symptoms are all the result of adrenalin and it’s nothing to worry about. I purchased this and another Claire Weekes book Peace From Nervous Suffering due to the struggles with anxiety I have seen people close to me go through but I ended up seeing bits of myself throughout the whole book. Third, I should let upsetting thoughts “float” out of my mind because they are just thoughts and not give them credence.
