That is definitely enough for most applications. If you feed it with 15Volt the output voltage is around volt which will do the job. It is not a true logic level mosfet, it needs some 10 volts. Please help me out.

Or for a power rectifier? In general you want a MOSFET that has a low Rdson and switches fast at the available triggervoltage 5volt with ttl and ofcourse can take the voltage and current it will be exposed to.
