This book completely took my mind of the repet Okay, it’s not my usual review, I admit it. I did find it possible to sflk the exercises to a business setting and do expect that the steps to build resiliency, establish effective “practice,” set process and product goals, and execute successfully and routinely will be useful. You need a proven routine of daily exercises to get you where you want to go.
So many others suggest what your end result should be, but not tojghness help on HOW to actually do it.

The best sports psychology book I have ever read. These are not pipe-smoking Germans who have you lie down on a couch and discuss your childhood traumas. Selk claims that they are but should have offered more evidence to support their general applicability.
