The relationship b I really enjoyed this next book in the Jaz Parks series. But it’s so freaking exhausting. Not to mention the cost in heavyweight fishing line and Savion Glover videos. I would totally break me off a piece of that. The cat brought such great comic relief and Jack’s interaction with the dog was just funny!!

Something about the Jaz Parks novels never fails to draw me in and bring me fully into a world of action, intrigue, assassinations, and mythical creatures. It isn’t going to be easy for Jaz to work alongside Dave given their history but can they put aside their differences long enough to track down the Wizard?

With her is her boss and loverthe centuries-old vampire Vayl; her nerdy and brilliant former college roomate Bergman, who creates marvellous gadgets for her and her team; the ex-PI turned CIA-sniper Cole who used to have a crush on her ; and Cassandra, the gorgeous centuries-old seeress and former oracle who is now dating and may be marrying Jaz’ brother Dave.


The only down side of this is that Rardin does not elaborate on any smexing that happens or that might happen, for smut fans that can be a let down. Now that she’s become the only female full-blooded werewolf in town, the supernatural world is already clamouring to take a bite out of her.

I’m already lamenti This one started off with a bit of a rocky start view spoiler [wasn’t a big fan of the constant past-view hide spoiler ]but ended up still being a pretty fantastic book in the end. Some things that intrigued me in this book was for one thing Jaz’s trip to Hell. Raoul is becoming more and more of a favorite and it was great to get to see even more of him and his personality.

I’m hoping that we’ll get to see more of him in the future books because Jaz really needs his help if she is ever going to deal with her very messy past and be able to move forwards with her life. I think there was a set up for the jennifwr story with Cole and Kyphas from Cassandra’s vision. Book four in the Jaz Parks sequence. She describes in such detail, that I get a clear picture of the characters and the setting.

This isn’t like that. Only this time their team also includes Jaz’s twin brother David’s team as well. But while riches and renown are incentive enough for most, Bell Cranel, would-be hero jwnnifer, has bigger plans.

Vayl does get distracted with finding his sons reincarnated. With her dog Jack, her lover Val, her tech geek Bergman, her not-boyfreind Cole and her freind Cassandra in tow, you never know what’s going to happen. Each book has introduced a slightly new element which added different dimensions to the world this story inhabits.
